Once upon a time a caterpillar which  crawled,
couldn’t see anything and only lived to eat.
One day she fell soundly asleep and when
Woke up  it already was a butterfly.
But the most interesting is that the caterpillar had within itself
the cell which would transform in a butterflie.

the same way that the caterpillar,
our spiritual awareness that comes from God,
needs to break the cocoon of ego
to be a new creature and 'fly' freely
through the knowledge of this truth.
